Terms & Conditions

1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our ClassForKids website for football coaching sessions provided by our academy ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.Bookings

2.1 All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via our ClassForKids website.

2.2 A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3.Payments

3.1 Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

4.Cancellaions & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made by customers more than 3 days before the session will be eligible for credit.

4.2 Cancellations made within 2 days of the session are non-refundable.

4.3 If we cancel a session, customers will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session.

4.4 No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

5.Health & Safety

5.1 Parents/Guardians confirm that participants are physically fit to take part in football activities.

5.2 Any medical conditions, injuries, or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

5.3 All participants must follow coach instructions to ensure safety at all times.

6.Liability

6.1 While we take all reasonable care, participation is at the individual's own risk.

6.2 We are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

6.3 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7.Behaviour

7.1 We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other players.

7.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

8.Photography & Media

8.1 We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

8.2 If you do not wish your child to appear in media, you must inform us in writing prior to attendance.

9.Changes to Sessions

9.1 We reserve the right to change session times, venues, or coaches where necessary.

9.2 Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.

10.Data Protection

10.1 Personal information collected during booking will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10.2 Your data will only be used for booking administration and communication related to our services.

11.Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
